A Brief Review Of a Cranberry Ale

Certain Devoted Readers will no doubt be awaiting my verdict regarding that bottle of Butte Creek cranberry ale which I had as a sample from work. I had said that the cranberry ale would either be great or dreadful, there would be no middle ground.

I'm not enough of a beer snob to give my Devoted Readers a detailed review. Suffice it to say: it wasn't bad. I expected it to be very sweet and sickly, but it had a lightly tart taste and wasn't overpoweringly cranberry-ish. You certainly wouldn't want more than one bottle of this, though.
