Oh, yes. The new Jack Johnson album came out on the First of the Month. Oh joy unbounded. If his first two albums sounded like typical hippie, stoner, surfer, laid-back-chill-out-dude blather, at least his latest effort shows signs of Jack being able to play an up-tempo number, at least once, possibly twice, on the same CD. But when you get right down to it, it's just a Jack Johnson album and that alone is enough reason to avoid it.
